Project Description

Lucy – 1970 MGB GT RHD

In 1962 MG introduced the MGB as successor to the MGA. This new model, that shared many parts with its predecessor, had an attractive design and was extremely strong. During its production years (1962 – 1980) the MGB underwent a gradual evolution on the exterior. For example, a stylish and practical hatch back coupe was introduced in 1965: the MGB GT.

Lucy, our 1970 MGB GT, has the original Titan Red color and original black leather interior. As with all true British classics, the steering wheel is on the right. Its 1.8L 4 cylinder engine produces 94 healthy horsepowers. The car provides a throwback to the times when British sports cars ruled the roads. It feels strong and yet nimble to drive, the gear changes are short and precise and the wooden steering wheel has just the right amount of patina. We love that little car and encourage everybody to get the keys and discover the joys of driving a true classic.
